This isn't a bug in the packages website, you are reporting about the
python3.11 package.  Please always try to find the correct package and
not file it against an unrelated service that has no influence on the
packaging work itself.

Bug description:
  Sorry for posting this here, but I see no method to request updates to
  https://salsa.debian.org/webmaster-team/packages which updates the
  package version used in Ubuntu 22.04.

  Currently, python3.11.0-rc1 breaks just about everything in Ubuntu
  (arp, pip, etc.).  It would be nice if the volunteers that maintain
  this list update the version to say 3.11.4 since our security will not
  let us use deadsnakes.
