[Bug 2040262] [NEW] test_meta_release_core.TestMetaReleaseCore tests now failing since 24.04 in development

Started noticing update-manager failures in jammy since the new distro-info-data upload:

I don't know exactly what the test was checking, but it feels related to
the fact that we have a new LTS and no core24 yet. Might be that
something needs tweaking here.
