Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. I suspect a support site would be more appropriate, e.g.
https://askubuntu.com, or for more options please look at
https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/community-support/709.

Bug description:
Hi,
I can't turn off my laptop (HP Probook 440 G9)using Ubuntu 23.10. I used command line commands like shutdown, poweroff, and systemctl poweroff, the system just restart. I was realized about this and I had installed 6.4.0-24 -something like that-, it was working properly; unfortunately, I lost it.
Could you help me?
Thanks in advanced.
Regards.
