[Bug 2078544] [NEW] Error upgrading from 22.04 to 24.04.1

I was trying to upgrade from ubuntu 22 to 24 with do-release-upgrade but
it stops when trying to check the dependencies.

I tryied removing some packages I think could be the cause of the error
but it is still failing at the same point.
