[Bug 2078546] [NEW] Upgrading from 22.04 to 24.04, One or more PPA's caused this problem.

Public bug reported:

I am reporting this as new because I am using Ubuntu Studio 22.04 and
not the regular Ubuntu distribution. There are other similar reports for
Ubuntu.

The only PPA that might have caused this I believe could be KXStudio,
but it says during install that all third party PPA's are disabled
during upgrade.
