It is correct that LTS to LTS+1 upgrades are not enabled until the .1
release of LTS+1. This usually happens around August.

  do-release-upgrade does not show the latest LTS version

Status in ubuntu-release-upgrader package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Canonical released Ubuntu 24.04 LTS on 25th April 2024
  https://ubuntu.com/blog/canonical-releases-ubuntu-24-04-noble-numbat

  However, if I run the command "/usr/bin/do-release-upgrade -c" with
  Ubuntu 22.04 LTs, the response says there is no new version.

  I think the problem is because the command "do-release-upgrade" checks
  the URL http://changelogs.ubuntu.com/meta-release-lts-development, and
  the information provided is about 22.04 version.

  When using curl, I can see the response header "last-modified" with
  value "Thu, 25 Apr 2024 17:11:11 GMT" the same date the new release
  was available.

  Maybe this information has not been updated with the information of
  the new release?
