p.s. This seems to impact ONLY the wifi you were connected to at the
time of the bug activating. I tethered to my phone and i connected fine.

Once I connected back to the original network this took place on - it
became an issue again and I couldn't connect..and I saw the wifi icon
with the question mark showing once again.

Bug description:
  Over night my work laptop was on some ubuntu notification upgrades and today after a short restart the wifi icon got a question mark on it, internet is working fine but my projects are not working anymore due to this problem beucase of the following error attached bellow.
  Before this upgrade or update the laptop worked without any problem
