[Bug 2064882] [NEW] web camera doesn't work after update

Public bug reported:

After every update web camera stops working (Cheese reports "No device
found"). Then after some of the following updates it is fixed. Then
after next update it is not working again. This cycle was repeated many
times. The same cycle happens with login procedure that doesn't go
smoothly.
