Just recording that I passed by this bug during my shift, but am not
acting on it. The standard SRU template was not used, the devel release
task is still open, no idea what the test plan is, etc.

Bug description:
  SRU: backport GCC 14 to 24.04 LTS, prepared in the ubuntu-
  toolchain-r/ppa PPA.  These packages are based on the same versions
  that are used in the oracular release.

  A test rebuild using these packages was done as described in LP:
  #2076024.

  The gcc-14 testsuite run during the build doesn't show regressions.
