[Bug 2136953] [NEW] Impossible to press Next button with an empty password

Public bug reported:

When I install Linux Mint in a virtual machine for testing, I choose
automatic login and an empty password in Ubiquity. However, if I don't
enter a password, or if I choose a very short one, I can't click the
Next button, which remains grayed out.

If I don't want to choose a password or if I want to use 1234, that's my
choice. Please don't prevent me from doing so. Existent warning is
already sufficient for users.
