[Bug 2097357] [NEW] bpftrace needs an actual dep8 test

Public bug reported:

There was a recent regression[1] with bpftrace that was not caught by
the existing autopkgtests. We need at least a very basic smoke test for
these tools, because that regression was a plain "it doesn't even run"
case.
