Title:
Can not connect to hidden wireless network

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
When installing Ubuntu, I'd like to use the option "Download updates
while installing". However, I use a hidden wireless network at home,
which I can not connect to using Ubiquity. This option is should be
  considered for the installer.

"“Connect to a hidden wi-fi network:”, with a field for entering the
network name ... If the selected network does require authentication,
Network Manager’s standard dialog should open for you to enter those
authentication details as soon as you choose “Connect…”."

The Ubuntu Touch equivalent is bug 1378867.
