Bug description:
  Ubuntu Ocelot alpha 2

  A1. Start Ubuntu from Grub, using an ISO sitting on an existing partition.
  A2. Launch "Install Ubuntu 11.10" from the desktop.

  B1. Start Ubuntu from a live CD, and choose "Try Ubuntu".
  B2. Launch "Install Ubuntu 11.10" from the desktop.

  What you see:
  A2. A mostly empty "Welcome" screen, containing only a language list on the left.
  B2. A mostly empty "Welcome" screen, containing only a language list on the left, and the desolate sentence "You may wish to read the release notes."

  What you should see: The language list should always be the only thing
  in the first step, and should therefore be wider and centered.
