  partition to small when using separate root and usr

Status in ubiquity package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
  When installing to separate / and /usr partitions ubiquity will give
  an warning message that the root partition must be at least 6.9GB
  however if selecting contuinue anyway the installation succeeds and
  the root partition only has 17MB installed while /usr has aprox 5Gb.
