[Bug 2103355] [NEW] Remove NBS pinentry-qt on i386

Public bug reported:

Please remove the binary package pinentry-qt on i386 since it's no
longer built by source. It doesn't show on the NBS report.

This will allow completion of the libassuan transition.

$ rmadison pinentry-qt
