According to https://ubuntu-archive-team.ubuntu.com/germinate-
output/i386.plucky/i386+build-depends we build pinentry on i386 for
pinentry-curses, so it should be fine for us to drop that package.

Removing packages from plucky:
	pinentry-qt 1.2.1-3ubuntu5 in plucky i386
Comment: NBS (LP: #2103355)
Remove [y|N]? y
1 package successfully removed.

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Please remove the binary package pinentry-qt on i386 since it's no
  longer built by source. It doesn't show on the NBS report.

  This will allow completion of the libassuan transition.
