It looks like this is caused by this PPA
https://launchpad.net/~savoury1/+archive/ubuntu/ffmpeg4 (or
https://launchpad.net/~savoury1/+archive/ubuntu/ffmpeg5).

Please remove packages from those PPAs, and install the official
versions from the ubuntu archive instead. Then try the upgrade again.
