In 24.04 I installed software-properties-gtk from proposed, started
orca, the screen reader, clicked 'Add' in the "Other software" tab and
then pressed <Tab> to focus the cancel button and then <Shift>+<Tab> to
bring focus back to the text field, whereby the screen reader said "A P
T line colon, text", so this is working as intended.

Bug description:
[ Impact ]
* When adding an apt source the 'Apt Line' text entry has no
description from the screen reader
[ Test Plan ]
- activate the screenreader
- select 'Other Software' tab
- click on the 'Add...' button
- navigate to the 'Apt Line' text entry using the keyboard (it should be selected by default but you can also use 'TAB' to cycle between the elements)
The screen reader should read the description of the left of the entry
'APT line'
[ Where problems could occur ]
* The change adds an accessibility->labelled-by entry to the .ui for
the element. If the relation was wrongly set an incorrect label could
be read for the widget.
