  ssh failure upgrading to 24.04 LTS from 22.04 LTS

Status in openssh package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Had a problem with upgrade regarding openssh-server (config). Somehow
  managed in recovery ssh session to unmask ssh.socket and could
  complete upgrade.
