  grub doesn't detect windows 11

Bug description:
  I install ubuntu after installing windows 11 but the grub is not
  working so I have to repair grab always after fresh ubunto installing.
  I install ubuntu and windows 11 side by side. it seems there is a
  problem detecting window11
