@jbicha, how is it supposed to work? I see the same thing on questing.
Building rust packages, after `apt build-dep .`, with dpkg-buildpackage,
fails because nobody had installed symlink
/usr/share/rustc/architecture.mk.

Bug description:
  There are Debian packages that assume that
  /usr/share/rustc/architecture.mk is available. Could you look into why
  it is no longer included in Ubuntu 24.10's rustc?
