The .NET support and availability strategy has not yet been published,
but will be soon. In the meantime, please refer to this MIR comment
where this has been outlined:

Bug description:
Per the Ubuntu .NET support policy, Ubuntu LTS releases should only
contain the latest .NET LTS and the one released the year after the
Ubuntu LTS release.
In this case, resolute should only contain .NET 10 LTS (released
November 2025) and .NET 12 LTS (to be released November 2027).
Therefore, dotnet8 should be removed from resolute.
$ reverse-depends -r resolute -b dotnet8
No reverse dependencies found
