Public bug reported:

My Wyse 5070 running noble has an update to system firmware pending but
"fwupdmgr update" silently fails to make the actual update.  I am going
through the steps including reboot and after the reboot, the old
firmware is still the one present.

$ fwupdmgr update
Devices with no available firmware updates: 
 • 64GB SATA Flash Drive
 • CS900 500GB SSD
 • MQ01ABF032
 • MQ01ABF050
 • TPM
 • UEFI dbx
