There can be various backup files in sources.list.d which are not used
by anything; but we do show all configured active sources.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  This is a problem for some time now where you delete something from software and update app but in reality ubuntu actually uses that source because there is a file in source.list.d folder for example i deleted mesa ppa from the app but in that folder there are those source files.
  There are old wine sources in that file and steam source even though i don't see it in software and update app.
  This is a issue where adding or removing sources from the app doesn't works as expected.
