This is how i discovered this bug and i will add a full video that shows
that Software & Updates doesn't works as intended.

I pressed modernize sources on google-chrome and it broke the updates,
so i just deleted the chrome and removed the source from gui, then re
downloaded chrome deb file and installed it didn't fix the modernized
source and i wasn't getting updates anymore from chrome than i opened
source gui file and noticed there was no google-chrome source so after
trial and error i discovered that i could only fix his issue if i
download the source from sources.list.d folder

Here is the video that shows that Software & Updates doesn't works as it
should, at least the common seance tells me that it should work like
that.

  Incomplete

Bug description:
  This is a problem for some time now where you delete something from software and update app but in reality ubuntu actually uses that source because there is a file in source.list.d folder for example i deleted mesa ppa from the app but in that folder there are those source files.
  There are old wine sources in that file and steam source even though i don't see it in software and update app.
  This is a issue where adding or removing sources from the app doesn't works as expected.
