After a bit more research, it appears the relevant zswap modules
(specifically zsmalloc and zstd) are now built into the 7.0 kernel so
there's no need to specify these to be added to the initrd. I'll upload
a new version removing that particular hack, and fixing the interface
renaming in initrd.

  ubuntu-raspi-settings-desktop ships `/usr/share/initramfs-
  tools/modules.d/raspi-zswap.conf`. Please port that to Dracut.
