Bug description:
  Ubuntu 26.04 may not prompt for a username during OpenVPN import due
  to a known issue with NetworkManager's OpenVPN plugin. This often
  happens when the .ovpn file lacks explicit authentication directives
  or when the GUI fails to parse the configuration correctly.
