Public bug reported:
After starting up my computer, the screen reader from the accessibility
settings is seemed to work even though it is disabled. However, I can
fix it after enabling the screen reader and disabling again, it gets
turned off again. But it is annoying to see the screen reader turned on
even though it is not enabled after each startup.
Also, my background does not load, it is completely black. But that's
another issue.
