Title:
germinate should also use PPA as a source

Status in livecd-rootfs package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
The build-livefs-lxd script has support for --extra-ppa.

Ideally, this would also be used in live-build/auto/config as additional input for
livecd-rootfs has support for the germinate --no-rdepends command in live-build/auto/config

This is because a common use case for PPAs in an image build is to
provide packages that are not in Ubuntu. These packages must be seen
by germinate to be part of the image build.

germinate accepts multiple -m commands for additional apt mirrors. So
you can add something like this for each PPA line:

  -m https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/lomiri/installer/ubuntu
