[Bug 2139279] [NEW] remove alsa-driver from the archive; obsolete

Public bug reported:

alsa-driver package was removed from Debian in 2012, and the newer alsa-
base package in 2017. We should drop the reverse-depends on alsa-base
and remove src:alsa-driver.
