The log can be found in /var/log/apport.log. It says:

ERROR: apport (pid 10947) 2026-01-27 11:15:18,731: systemd Python module
is required for reading journal log from systemd-
coredump at 1-4097-10907_10908-0.service. Please install python3-systemd!

Apport should add a dependency: apport-core-dump-handler |
python3-systemd
