[Bug 2143282] [NEW] Update prompt captures keyboard input immediately, causing accidental approval during typing

Public bug reported:

Description:
During active typing sessions, the Ubuntu update prompt sometimes appears and immediately begins accepting keyboard input. Because the prompt appears while the user is already typing quickly, keystrokes intended for another application can accidentally confirm the update action. This can unintentionally start an update and disrupt the current workflow.

This behavior has occurred multiple times during fast typing sessions.
While not a critical issue, it is disruptive and can lead to unintended
system updates.

Expected Behavior:
When the update splash screen appears, it should ignore keyboard input for a short period (e.g., ~3 seconds). This delay would give users time to notice the prompt before any accidental keystrokes are interpreted as confirmation.

Actual Behavior:
The update prompt immediately receives keyboard input upon appearing. If the user is typing at that moment, their keystrokes can unintentionally approve the update.

Suggested Improvement:
Add a short delay (around 3 seconds) before the update prompt begins accepting keyboard input.

Steps to Reproduce (intermittent):
Type rapidly in an application (e.g., terminal, editor, browser).
Wait for the Ubuntu update prompt to appear.
If it appears while typing, the next keystroke(s) may unintentionally approve the update.

Impact:
Minor but disruptive to workflow, particularly for users who type quickly or continuously.

Environment:
Ubuntu (desktop) – observed during normal desktop usage.
