  sudo-rs does not show the entire version string on Ubuntu

Status in rust-sudo-rs package in Ubuntu:
  In Progress

Bug description:
  During compilation, sudo-rs will consider the "SUDO_RS_VERSION"
  environment variable as it's version. Currently this version does not
  include the "ubuntu" suffix which can make bug reports less specific
  if the reporter only specifies the version string as given by "sudo
  --version".
