  Allow copy text from Warning Network problem

Status in apport package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  This is feature request.

  Please add capability to copy text from warning window.

  It should be easy to ask help and make bug report. For example I can't copy text from this warning "Network problem
  Cannot connect to crash database, please check your Internet connection.
  <urlopen error [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer>"

  P.S. This is common problem in Ubuntu. Most Flutter apps/websites
  don't allow copy/select by default
  https://github.com/canonical/ubuntu-desktop-
  provision/issues/1234#issuecomment-4484369191 . I suggest to block
  such apps in Ubuntu until the problem will not be solved.
