Landing bot currently down

Martin-
I do believe I have a custom tarmac charm under lp:~jameinel as well as the
config saved to the shared swift account. You would still need to get the
right mongo and golang and tweak the crontab. The branch of Tarmac should
be under lp:~go-bot/tarmac/juju-core. You might be able to set that in the
goose2.yaml.
Also, IIRC juju 1.11 restores config compatibility with pyjuju so you need
to add the top level "tarmac:" to the yaml and indent everything. I was
still using juju 1.10 so I didnt change that yet. goose.yaml was the pyjuju
one but I dont think I kept it up to date.
