Default series "precise"

Right, for an environment one is bringing charms into, precise is sane
because one can fire and forget a precise box with unattended upgrades
and reasonably expect the software not on one's radar to be maintained
for 4 years from now.

Latest stable is for those who are not looking for "fire and forget",
but instead want the latest things because they're doing continuous
deployment or something similar.
