How to avoid start-up Error due to absence of a S3 bucket

Hi Kapil,
I was under impression that S3 bucket is not essential based on guide
https://juju.ubuntu.com/docs/getting-started.html as it says "The S3 bucket
does not need to exist already.". Thanks for you help and I'll sign up with
s3.
