Announcing the release of Juju v0.6 "honolulu"

It is with great pride that the juju development team announces the
immediate availability of Juju v0.6 "honolulu". This is the latest feature
release of Juju and the result of the last 4 months of devleopment since
0.5.1 was released.

Highlights include:

* OpenStack provider updates for Folsom compatibility
* MAAS Updates for new MAAS functionality
* Local provider refactored to use Ubuntu Cloud Images
* Serializer performance enhancements (when libyaml is present)
* Format: 2 support for charms (which eliminates usage of python-only
  formatting in favor of json)

Overall 42 bug tasks were closed.

While there were no Zookeeper schema changes in this release, it may not
be compatible with 0.5.x deployments, and so it is recommended that the
two not be mixed. 0.5.x deployments can use the stable 0.5 PPA:
