Do we need separate IRC channels?

Do really need #juju-gui? I can understand that the team was working
on it before and needed a place to work, but now that it's out there
and people are talking about it IMO we don't need to split the
audience with another channel.

Unless someone objects I'm just going to go ahead and close it off by
the end of the week.
