Unpromulgate the tomcat6 and tomcat7 charms

Hello Juju community,

The tomcat6 and tomcat7 charms both are missing a README files and are
completely superseded by the new tomcat charm which is available for both
precise <http://manage.jujucharms.com/charms/precise/tomcat> and trusty
<http://manage.jujucharms.com/charms/trusty/tomcat>.

The plan is to remove tomcat6 and tomcat7 charm from the charm store
(unpromulgate).  Add a basic README file indicating that the new tomcat
charm should be used instead.  My understanding is you will still be able
to download and deploy these charm but the URI will change.

This is the community's chance for comments regarding these two charms.
Please email me if you are using the charms or know someone who is using
Juju and tomcat6 or tomcat7.
