Running Juju in Google compute engine

We have info in the release notes [1], but looks like we have a gap in
the docs (I'll follow up on that).  Also, it looks like the release
notes did not get updated with the "auth-file" config option that
Andrew mentioned.

Feel free to ping me if Andrew's and Curtis' comments don't take care
of it for you.
