Juju 2.0 Beta9 and Juju GUI

fyi for your early adopter and testing out the good work in juju-core
beta9 and would like to use the juju-gui you will need to upgrade the
juju-gui by:

To upgrade the GUI:
Download the tar.bz2 from https://github.com/juju/juju-gui/releases/tag/2.1.7
Run juju upgrade-gui path/to/release

Note this is only for folks wanting to use the juju-gui in juju 2.0 beta9.
