Remove local charms uploaded to the juju server

Hi,

I am using the juju 1.25. After deploying a local charm and using the
service, I can remove the service, but the charm is still cached at
juju server. Every time I deploy a local charm, a new revision is
created and cached at server. Is there a way to remove the cached
charms through CLI or python client.
