Request for input: NTP charms

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking about doing some work to modernise and improve the ntp and
ntpmaster charms, and would first like to know how many people use them,
and how.

If you use these charms (or if you might use them in the future), I'd
appreciate your input on the following short questionnaire:
https://docs.google.com/a/canonical.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSfGCYyA1xPCMQ3DWKNVbHjN-DTW48uIlXurzZMyGt1i3FhBcw/viewform

The motivation for these questions is to find out how important the NTP
charms are in our ecosystem, and how useful it would be for them to be
more self-configuring, based on the constraints of the environment.
