juju with windows DHCP

Hi guys,

I am using MAAS and working with juju for quite some time. but now i see an
error related to lxd-bridge service saying address already exist thus
service can not start therefore i also can not bootstrap the machine. i am
guessing that this issue is related to the External DHCP which i am running
through windows. and not MAAS.
so my question is can i even run Juju bootstrap with external DHCP. because
i have been working on this for whole day and i do not wanna waste more
time as i am exhausted . your help will be highly appreciated.
