Description:
On Kubuntu breezy, booting into the indicated kernel results in errors to syslog such as the following:
[  135.588191] bttv0: OCERR @ 3723f014,bits: HSYNC OFLOW RISCI* FDSR OCERR*
Tuner applications indicate no signal when this happens (always).  Booting to 2.6.12-9-amd64-generic resolves this.
