[Bug 48267] No driver loaded for Realtek 8129 NIC, visible in lspci

Public bug reported:

Running kernel image 2.6.15-23-686 with two Realtek-based NICs from
different manufacturers. Only one of the two cards is recognized by the
kernel. Both are visible in lspci/Device Manager and both work under
Windows.

Working card: 
    Accton SMC2-1211TX, chipset RTL-8139C, loads as eth0

Unrecognized card: 
    Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (8128:1300)
