There are evidences of kernel problems in your log. Kernel team needs information about your hardware in order to solve this problem. Please attach the output of command lspci -vv and lspci -vvn. 
If it's possible follow also the procedures described here https://help.ubuntu.com/community/DebuggingSystemCrash when you boot the system. However not always this works.
