[Bug 415991] [NEW] Kernel Panic

Public bug reported:

Problem with kernel 2.6.24-19 Hardy Xubuntu.  Caps Lock & ScrLk flash &
system locks up.  Only Alt + SysRq + R-E-I-S-U-B to restart system
works.  Happens quite often, though more often after hibernation/sleep.
My hardware is a IBM T21 laptop type 2647-8BG.
