Well probably.. but it's not a uge problem, since the keys are visible by it... the bigger problem is that you can't set it up through xbacklight or even /sys/video... so.. there is something wrong with the intel gma drivers... so we need to w8 or... check other distros if they maybe figured this out..
i read few posts about fujitsu siemens lappies, and i found that there are some problems but... not so many.. 
We should just w8 for the 9.10 (maybe) and findout if the bug had been solved ... i'll also try to hack the graphic subsystem and checkout why i can't change the backlight maybe i'll got it to work.. or maybe not.. dunno for now we can just wait ...
